Hi, I'm Laura Bell. I'm a fully accredited (and insured) Independent Wedding Celebrant in Dorset.
My wedding ceremonies are bespoke and personal. I'm a storyteller, ritual lover and huge fan of weddings!

Every ceremony I officiate is different because every love story is different. We'll get to know each other, I'll weave your love story into the script and guide you every step of way with glittering inspiration.

Choosing between a registrar and an independent celebrant ultimately comes down to the type of ceremony you want to have. If you're looking for a more personal, bespoke experience, an independent wedding celebrant like myself offers the flexibility, creativity, and emotional depth that you may desire.

As an Independent Celebrant, I will deliver your ceremony on the day, I'll dress to match your colour scheme, I can write about the hilarious proposal moment when your bikini top fell off, allow a grandparent to share The Lord's Prayer if they so wish and deliver the ceremony in any area of the venue (licensed or unlicensed). These are the key differences between a registrar and an Independent Wedding Celebrant.

A true celebrant wedding ceremony is collaborative from start to finish, not just a few token sentences here and there.

MEET LAURA BELL
Having been a Wedding Celebrant in Dorset for the past 5 years, I have worked across many Dorset Wedding Venues, both licensed and unlicensed for wedding ceremonies. With a Celebrant, you have the ultimate flexibility to have a ceremony that reflects you as a couple, but also ​the location. Many wedding ceremonies can be on beaches, in parks and even back gardens!

My previous experience to being a Celebrant was as Weddings Manager for Mapperton House and Gardens. It was here my love for all things weddings was ignited! I witnessed many ceremonies during my time running wedding days but always felt I could offer more. This is when I began my training with The Academy of Modern Celebrancy to become a Celebrant.

My 8 years of wedding industry experience mean I have some amazing contacts who I can recommend for your special day.
